We aim to address well-being concerns by providing stress and pain management tools while also generating revenue to sustain our operations. Magiteque believes that one great factor for enterprise' sustainability is through the bottom line- to operate at a profit. Operating at a profit means sustainability through working hand in hand with the different sectors of the society. Magiteque operates at Social Optimum Development - Quadrant of Sustainability (SOD-QoS). Each sector represented in the SOD-QoS is inevitable in making a community based livelihood the solution for economic and health freedom of the marginalized communities.
Members and Volunteers of Magiteque Team are experts in their field, owning and running their own successful businesses and living their self legacies through Magiteque initiaitives to make a difference. To mentor a social enterprise, one must be able to run and sustain the challenges of entrepreneurship. Theory and Principles without application is simply an act without conviction. Having set-up and run your own enterprise either successfully or not is a representation of the presence entrepreneurial spirit. Your talent and spirit can be shared and combined with Magiteque to help build a Social Enterprise Community. Building a community of Social Entrepreneurs means that the ownership of the enterprise resides in the collective part of the whole. The whole can not stand on its own with a missing component of the part. There goes the essence of the Social Optimum Development - Quadrant of Sustainability. This principle is particularly applied to a community based livelihood. The community is the major beneficiary but the rest of the players are compensated as well base on their contribution, another different concept of fair equity and justice. Fair equity based on value for money, whether it is for services or products created. A fair equity concept not based on the status of the individual or the community. A fair equity giving just compensation or value for the individual contribution representative of the community as part of the whole initiative. |
Social Optimum Development - Quadrant of Sustainability is a body of principles that gives the part an opportunity to take a different roles depending on their aspirations and capabilities earned through the process of achieving sustainability. The dependency syndrome has no place in this SOD-QOS through empowerment and bridging resources enacted by the part at a different capacity at an appropriate time.

Social Optimum Development Quadrant of Sustainability (SOD-QOS) is a body of business principles adapted to the dynamics and sensibilities of a community based livelihood towards bridging linkages and fostering understanding and acceptance of the immense value it builds towards sustainability. SOD-QOS is a product of principles and application building sense of ownership, transforming each quadrant to interchange positioning as it bridge leadership and success.
SOD-QOS incorporates visual, emotional, functional and financial tool for sustainable livelihood, a multi-sectoral stakeholders approach anchored on Social Entrepreneurship stream operating for profit.

1st Quadrant - Partner Community Organization (PCO)
2nd Quadrant - Partner Social Entrepreneurs (PSE)
3rd Quadrant - Partner Social Investors (PSI)
4th Quadrant - Roll Out Seed (ROS)
SOD-QOS is a very easy to understand and implement core concept and principles guiding the Social Investors (NGOs, Government Organizations , Private Organization of Individuals) who wanted to help empower the disenfranchised members of our society through funding an initiative for profit. The community based livelihood and the people behind the organization will know what is in it for them and what is their responsibilities. The Social Entrepreneurs role and rights are also discussed.
SOD-QOS is designed to apply to a community based livelihood, a social enterprise conceptualize through the process of a collective understanding, need assessment, participatory planning and specific goals identification of the community, verified and studied for business opportunities by the Social Entrepreneurs and funded by the Social Investors. In summary, the organization has the legal ownership of the business, Social Entrepreneurs Consultants are provided of stipend and honorary fees. The value of their services is accounted for that entitles the 2nd Quadrant to a 25% share in the net profit of the operation. The 3rd Quadrant represents the Social Investors and entitles them for the 25% share in the net income of the social enterprise. In case the Social Investors do not expect to receive their share in the profit, their shares is to be pooled together with the 25% share in the 4th Quadrant called the Roll Out Seed (ROS). This ROS makes the organization the new social investor and if they can roll out the project based on their knowledge and experience gained in their initial social enterprise, they became the Social Entrepreneur Consultant for the roll out project.
